Residenza Manin Apartments - Venice

The apartment at Residenza Manin was awesome! The private entrance made me feel like a local, and the bathroom with a hydromassage bath was pure bliss. I loved having a kitchen to cook my own meals, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the microwave in the apartment. But hey, that's just me!

Decent location close enough to Venice, the vaporetto, everything great. Location on the Rialto stop. Easy access to Cafe Florian, just 5 minutes walk...

I recently stayed at Residenza Manin Apartments in Venice for a week-long vacation. The communication with the host was quick and easy, and they provided clear instructions on accessing the apartment. The spacious and impeccably clean rooms were a delight, and the central location made it convenient for exploring the city. , the A/C worked well in the apartment, providing much-needed comfort during the warm weather.

I can recommend this hotel.

From start to finish - a comfortable experience on vacation. Amazingly nice and accommodating hosts. Excellent, unbeatable setting near vaporetto stops, the alley and the main island.

Stellar property with prompt management response. Issue with credit card was resolved upon arrival, with helpful orientation and suggested itineraries. Large, meticulously cleaned rooms with great beds in a central location. Rent this one, you won't be sorry. -Lisa :)

Everything here felt nice, it was an excellent stay on vacation. Affable and accommodating staff, I greatly enjoyed it. A hair dryer, a bidet, and bath sheets were available. Food for breakfast was fabulous...

The apartment was good base for sightseeing in Venice, appreciated it. Food for breakfast was fab. There was a big bed with feather pillows for us.

We had a great Easter weekend at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with clear directions and useful tips for navigating the city.

The limited breakfast options. Although the breakfast was included and delivered to our room, it consisted of only a few pastries and juice.

Directions from Rialto waterbus stop Alight and turn r and go c50m Turn Left onto c de Carbon until you get to Campo San Luca. Keep to right of this small campo and exit by side of Blackjack cafe on to SalizSan Paternian, The b&b is at end on left just before Saliz San Paternian turns r on to campo Manin Look for number above door. Easier to find from Rialto than s marks square which is also not far away. Staff know little english but cope. This is a room with basic continental breakfast It would have been nice to have a pot of coffee at breakfast rather than just cups Otherwise ok for a short stay

Location excellent, and although not cheap neither is Venice so in all honesty value for money in Venice it was excellent. Lovley clean rooms, simple but we didn't go to Venice to sit in the room all day !

Can't fault them we had a great time

Decorated in different themes, each apartment at Residenza Manin is a unique experience. During my stay, I felt like I was stepping into a different world with every door I opened. From the colorful furnishings to the individual styles, it was like staying in an art gallery where each room tells its own story.

Noisy from the street.

The b&b was not expecting us and the room was not ready when we arrived. They crammed 3 beds into a tiny room and claimed that it was a triple room. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful - we only saw them when we checked-in and couldn't find them at all to check-out. The breakfast was awful - cold croissants and instant coffee in italy?!?!?! Definitely would not recommend this b&B.

Good location for Venice, very close to Rialto bridge and the apartment building is nicely renovated, clean, has ac
